Specialisations

The following specialisations are available in the Master's degree programme in Physics:

• Quantum Information and Quantum Materials
• Computational Physics
• Laser and Quantum Optics
• Renewable Energies
• Complex Systems and Biophysics

These specialisations can be shown on the transcript if the following criteria are fulfilled:

• Master's thesis from the area of specialisation
• Acquisition of 10 ECTS credits through successfully passed participation in an elective lecture or a project practical course and seminar from the corresponding area of specialisation
